Piilani Place has three floors of retail and office space in a building area of 87,000 square feet, and an adjacent three-level parking structure.  The first floor is intended for retail use, and the second and third floor for offices.  A small number of retail units could be made available on the second floor. 

Condominium units can be easily combined to create a larger space and meet individual requirements. In order to allow for a flexible division of floor space, several of the small condominium units are intended to be sold together with an adjacent unit.  The Unit Size Chart shows some of the possible combinations offered for sale.
